Are you interested in seeing an opera for the first time and need some new friends to go with?

Are you a veteran opera enthusiast looking for like-minded individuals?

Then, this is the MeetUp for you!

With this group you will experience Live Transmissions in HD (or recorded during the Encore Series) of operas broadcast from the most prestigious and legendary opera houses such as the Metropolitan Opera House in New York, LaScala in Milan, Covent Garden in London, just to name a few.

If you're new to the opera, attending a Live Transmissions in HD of a n opera is for sure a wonderful experience:

Thanks to on-screen English subtitles for all transmissions and at least 10 cameras, you will experience the opera from multiple viewpoints: there are many different kinds of shots, special zooms and close-ups, cameras in the pit and above stage, and most fun, back stage.

Seeing an opera with so many cameras is like being on stage with the chorus and participating in the production itself.

This is a phenomenal experience affordable to everyone.

So go ahead, sign up, and you too will be able to say: "We "Met" at the Opera!"
